Experienced Process Server - Court Document Courier

Established Investigative Company is looking for an experienced Process Server for Legal Document delivery. The preferred candidate is presently working as a process server and seeking more papers to increase their workload.

Service of Process includes simple postings, bank garnishments, and civil proceedings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Colorado Resident
• Over the Age of 18
• Pass a Background Check
• Have Computer, scanner/printer, internet access, and Smart Phone
• Knows Colorado Rules of Civil Process (CRCP)
• Good work ethics
• RELIABILITY and EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION
• Dependable and insured transportation
• Be pleasant and personable

This is a contract position (1099), and you have the ability to work around your schedule. This is supplemental income only by adding to your present Process Serving route, or the opportunity to learn the basics of Process Serving and then add more to create a sustainable living in this job or career.
