Job description:
- Responsible for meeting pre-established sales goals by utilizing effective guest service and selling skills, while ensuring that all guests receive friendly, engaging service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality in both the café and exterior dining areas.
- Follow merchandising and operational guidelines to maintain proper inventory levels, rotate stock, and ensure timely preparation of products.
- Assists in providing information on the event space & conference room, and escorting guests as needed. Assist with the setup, cleaning, and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring venues are well-prepared for each event.
- Attends events as required and upsell coffee products. Assists in securing new bookings of the team room through proactive outreach efforts.
- Engage in networking events as required to enhance brand visibility and establish connections within the community.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation tasks in both the café and event spaces to meet health and safety standards.
- Maintain current knowledge of building layout, products and food items brought in by local vendors.

- Sales, upselling and cross-selling experience preferred.
Shifts:
Part-time positions available. Coffee shop hours, (M - F) 7am - 6pm. (S-S) 7am - 4pm. Networking/Brand Events days/times will vary.
