Role Description

This is a full time, on site role for an Experienced Property Consultant based in Dubai for our exclusive secondary project in Furjan, consisting of 1, 2, 3 bedroom apartments.

Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new real estate opportunities, conducting property market research, and presenting solutions that align with client objectives. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, networking with key industry stakeholders, providing professional guidance, and ensuring smooth property transactions. The role demands a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate consulting, property sales, and market analysis
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Expertise in networking and building long term professional relationships
• Ability to conduct comprehensive property market research and present actionable insights
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to meeting client needs
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Understanding of Dubai's real estate market and relevant laws and regulations
• Real estate certification or license is preferred
• Self motivated, goal oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other real estate related software is a plus
