Responsibilities

• Manage property sales from inquiry to closing
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and buyers
• Conduct professional property consultations and viewings
• Advise clients on off-plan and secondary market opportunities
• Generate new business and expand client networks
• Negotiate offers and close transactions effectively
• Maintain strong market knowledge of Dubai real estate trends
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the sales process

Candidate RequirementsMandatory Experience

Applicants must have previous experience in one or more of the following:

• Dubai Real Estate
• International Real Estate Brokerage
• Luxury Property Sales
• Off-Plan Sales
• Secondary Market Transactions
• Property Investment Advisory

Candidates without sales or real estate experience will not be considered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• RERA certification preferred
• UAE driving license preferred
• Existing client database is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market
• Multilingual candidates highly preferred
