Are you a seasoned bartender who thrives in a vibrant, music-filled atmosphere? Rhythm & Brews Bar and Grill is seeking an experienced, high-energy Part-Time Bartender to join our family. We are a premier Bull City destination offering live jazz, R&B, open mic nights, biker meetups, comedy shows, professional networking events, and a menu that features the best wings and drinks in the Triangle.

We are looking for a welcoming professional who would love to interact with our diverse community and can mix a great drink while keeping the upbeat, positive vibes flowing. Key Responsibilities:

• Mixology & Service: Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages Menu – rhythm.shafiqwebs.com quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Guest Relations: Engage with a highly diverse, energetic, and welcoming crowd. Ensure every guest feels valued and entertained.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-stocked bar area in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Vibe Management: Contribute to the welcoming, culturally inclusive, and electric atmosphere that defines Rhythm & Brews Rhythm & Brew Bar and Grill.

Requirements:

• Proven bartending experience in a high-volume, lively setting.
• Deep understanding of spirits, wine, and craft cocktail creation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service to people of all backgrounds.
• Flexibility to work day or evening shifts, weekends, and event nights (Tuesdays through Saturdays).
