WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

● Proven experience operating push-pull scrapers in earth moving or site work

● Ability to read grade stakes and work independently with minimal supervision

● Strong safety mindset and commitment to crew well being on the job site

● Reliable, punctual, and ready to work — we run a productive operation

● Valid driver’s license; CDL or equipment certifications a plus
