Experienced Quickbooks Pro Advisor - INVENTORY EXPERIENCE

Advanced Inventory experience is required.

We are looking to bring on a team member to our bookkeeping firm. We specialize in Quickbooks, so experience with the software is a requirement. Candidate must be honest, reliable, professional and willing to work independently as well as a team member.

As an Experienced Bookkeeper, you will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will leverage your core skills in double entry bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, and balance sheet reconciliation to manage financial transactions effectively. Your proficiency in QuickBooks will enhance your ability to generate financial reports and streamline accounting processes. Additionally, your relevant skills in accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliation will support the organization's financial health and contribute to informed decision-making. This job could range from 5-25 hours per week depending on your availability.

There will be a Quickbooks test and a Zoom call to test Quickbooks and Bookkeeping capabilities.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
