Location: Abu Dhabi
Compensation: Basic Salary + Attractive Commission Structure

We are looking for a high-performing Real Estate Agent with proven experience in the UAE market, ideally within Abu Dhabi. This role is for someone who knows how to close, understands client psychology, and can manage end-to-end real estate transactions with confidence and professionalism.

What You Will Do

• Nurture, and convert qualified leads
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying process
• Advise clients based on market trends and property valuations
• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
• Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospects consistently

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
• Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and processes
• Proven sales track record
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Self-driven, presentable, and results-focused
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
