We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in the UAE market to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Experienced in both off-plan and secondary market real estate in Dubai.

• Source, list, and market residential and/or commercial properties
• Advise clients on pricing, investment opportunities, and current market trends
• Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and closing terms effectively
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
• Stay up to date with UAE property laws and regulations
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and leasing targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• Proven track record in sales or leasing, preferably in off-plan properties
• Strong understanding of the UAE property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
• Valid UAE driving license (required)
• RERA certification (preferred, especially for Dubai-based candidates)
