About the Role
We are seeking experienced Real Estate Consultants with a minimum of 2 years of Dubai real estate experience to join our growing team. This opportunity is designed for ambitious professionals who want to maximize earnings through a high commission structure, supported by strong leadership, technology, marketing, and operational systems.

【Requirements】

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Dubai property market and communities
• Experience in primary (off-plan) and/or secondary market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Ability to manage clients and transactions independently
• English required (additional languages are an advantage)

【Key Responsibilities】

• Generate property listings (Sale & Rent)
• Manage buyers, investors, landlords, and tenants
• Conduct viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate offers and close transactions
• Maintain pipeline and daily follow-ups
