What We’re Looking For

We want agents who understand Dubai’s rental landscape and can operate independently from day one. You’re a strong fit if you:

• Have proven experience in Dubai real estate (rentals preferred)
• Understand Dubai communities, pricing trends, and tenant expectations
• Are confident managing your own pipeline and negotiations
• Communicate professionally and build trust quickly with clients
• Are motivated, target‑driven, and committed to delivering results
• Are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Your Responsibilities

• Manage tenant inquiries and conduct property viewings
• Advise clients on market conditions and rental procedures
• Maintain an active pipeline of properties and clients
• Negotiate and close rental agreements
• Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met
