What You'll Be Doing at AQARCO

Connect with clients to understand their specific property needs
Schedule and conduct property viewings — both residential and commercial
Attend developer briefings and stay up to date on new off-plan project launches
Track market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
Build strong, long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business
Lead property negotiations and close deals with confidence
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote listings effectively
Consistently achieve — and exceed — your sales targets

What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or a similar sales field
✔ Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market and valuation processes
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
✔ Proven track record in closing deals and managing client expectations
✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly professional
✔ Proficient with CRMs and real estate platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
✔ Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
