Shoreline Behavioral LLC is a small BCBA owned and operated ABA agency serving over seven counties in Florida. Opportunity to learn and grow in behavior analytic treatment of individuals with autism and other developmental delays. Teamwork is valued and professional development is offered. Position is part-time Monday - Friday 3-6pm (approximately 12-15 hours per week). Must have RBT certification and updated CPR. Supervision for individuals working on fieldwork hours offered and some activities paid. Two years RBT experience is preferred due to hybrid supervision model (supervision via Telehealth and in person).

Behavior Technician

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
- Provide feedback and support to families of clients

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed
