We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Rental Agent with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with international car rental companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Process rental agreements and related documentation

Manage vehicle reservations, returns, and inventory

Upsell additional services and insurance options

Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rental policies and vehicle options

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a recognized international car rental company

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and customer service orientation

Proficient in using rental software and office applications

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Fluent in English & Arabic
