Residential & Commercial Electrician – Middle TN

Craddock Electrical is expanding in Middle Tennessee and hiring experienced electricians to join our growing team! We’re looking for skilled professionals who can confidently handle residential and commercial electrical work—from installations and upgrades to diagnostics and repairs.

What You’ll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in homes and light commercial buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to complete code-compliant installations
• Use diagnostic tools like voltmeters and circuit testers to identify and fix electrical issues
• Communicate with customers and office staff using ServiceTitan mobile dispatch software
• Maintain clean, professional job sites and follow all electrical codes and safety regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed electrician in Tennessee (or able to obtain TN licensure)
• Minimum 2 years of residential or commercial electrical experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Comfortable using mobile work order software (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Middle Tennessee region (Gallatin, Hendersonville, Lebanon, Murfreesboro, etc.)

Bonus Points For

• Experience with residential service and remodels
• Commercial tenant improvement or build-out projects
• Working independently on dispatch-based jobs
