What you'd be doing:

• Residential cleanings — Standard, Deep Clean, Move-In/Out, and short-term rental turnovers
• Bringing your own supplies and equipment to each job
• Communicating with clients and our office like a professional — promptly, clearly, kindly
• Flagging anything you spot on-site (damage, maintenance issues, anything off) so we can take care of it fast

The non-negotiables:

These aren't preferences — they're the line. If any of these are a stretch, this isn't the right fit, and that's okay.

• 2+ years of real residential house cleaning experience (commercial-only or "I clean my own home" doesn't count)
• You answer your phone, return texts, and reply to emails — promptly, every time
• Reliable transportation around Charlotte
• Conversational English
• You show up early, finish what you start, and take pride in the work

How we hire:

We take this seriously, and we move with intention. Expect a phone screen, an in-person interview, a background check, and a paid trial clean before we put you in front of clients. It's not personal — it's how we make sure both you and the homeowner end up genuinely happy.

One honest note before you apply:

We can't promise a packed schedule on day one. As you prove yourself, your book grows — most of our cleaners are running 4–5 days a week within their first month. To be considered, you'll need to be genuinely available a minimum of 4–5 days per week.
