Responsibilities:

• You are the face of quality, reliability and trustworthiness. Our customers pay for you to join them in their home and exceed their expectations.
• The buck stops with you. You’re responsible for the entire job, whether you cleaned it or not. You own the team’s successes and failures.
• Clearly communicate. Lead client communication. Conduct the walkthrough. Explain the plan to the team.
• Assess how to divide work to be completed. Confirm they understand.
• Lead from the front: take the hardest work on site. Model best practices for the team to see.
• Trust but verify. Give space to let the team do work. Stay connected to find teachable moments and confirm the team’s work is great.
• Obsess over the details. The team, and even clients, should think your standards are unreasonably high.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
• Driver’s license & car required

Qualifications

• Must have four years of professional residential home cleaning experience.
• You are in/near Bellingham, and willing to drive up to 45 min to client homes.
• Do you speak English?
• Do you have a driver's license & car (Required)
• Do you have US work authorization (Required)
