Experienced* Residential House Cleaner - Part Time Maternity Coverage

I am a small, established residential cleaning business owner and currently 6 months pregnant. I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to work alongside me as needed, a few days a week(flexible days), with the goal of taking over some of my client list during my maternity leave and continuing on afterward. Hours will differ daily but if working with me usually 9-1ish. There is room to grow your schedule to full time!

Timeline:

-April through June: Working with me 2-3 days a week, getting to know my clients homes and routines

-July through October: Take over some clients while I'm on maternity leave, 2-3 homes per day. If it's 3, they will be smaller homes.

-After maternity leave: Opportunity to continue full time, long term

What I am looking for:

• Dependable and hard-working
• Great attention to detail
• Positive attitude and good with people
• Must have reliable transportation
• Comfortable working alone
• English speaking is not required
• Experience in deep cleans and residential cleaning
• Receptive to feedback

If you have your own cleaning caddy and vacuum/ mop you love to use we can discuss that, otherwise I can provide your products, bona mop & miele vacuum cleaner for you to use. My clients like to keep things unscented/ naturally scented.
