Experienced Residential HVAC Technician

What You'll Do

• Perform residential HVAC service, repair, and installation
• Diagnose system issues independently and implement effective solution
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components using appropriate diagnostic tools
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to maintain service quality
• Complete preventative maintenance and system upgrades as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed
• Manage daily workload efficiently with minimal supervision
• Follow all safety protocols, licensing requirements, and company procedures at all times

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Candidates must meet all of the following:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC Residential experience
• Journeyman License or NATE Certification
• Licensed in the state of Oklahoma
• Proven ability to handle service, repair, and installation work
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Clean drug, alcohol, and driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable, self-managing, and professional work ethic
