Lerch Brothers Landscape Contractors is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team! Lerch Brothers is located in Baltimore County and has been servicing the Baltimore Metro area for almost 30 years.

Candidates must have the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Residential Landscape Sales Experience.
• Knowledge of Plant Material and Landscape Design.
• Knowledge of Masonry and Landscape Installation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• The Ability to Multitask.
• Self Motivated with Excellent Time Management Skills.
• Superb Communication Skills.
• A Proven Ability to Close Sales with Homeowners.

This position requires a candidate to perform the following:

• Ability to meet with clients Morning, Nights and Weekends.
• Ability to meet with Foreman and Superintendents on Job Sites for Project Management.
• Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and team members.
• Ability to drive and to be carried by company insurance.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand scale drawings.
• Ability to shoot grades and conduct takeoffs.

Salary Range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 based upon experience.
