Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Warren, Rhode Island. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate patient care in their home. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in diverse clinical areas and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing patient well-being through attentive and professional caregiving. 1st shift and 2nd shift is available with every other weekend. This position emphasizes the importance of delivering high-quality care while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Must be able to drive and transport client.

Duties

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility .
• Med Reminders , Meal prep , toileting and light housekeeping.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs .
• Maintain infection control standards by practicing proper hand hygiene and utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).s.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality during all interactions.
