Responsibilities

• Safely operate a range of heavy-duty roll-off trucks to transport waste containers.
• Drive with precision and adherence to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Perform routine inspections on trucks and equipment to ensure optimal functioning and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Assist with securing loads and ensuring proper placement of containers for safe transportation.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate daily routes and address any operational challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating roll-off truck
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Prefer Class A.
• Mechanical knowledge of truck systems and basic repairs is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
• Strong understanding of load securing procedures and safety protocols related to waste management operations.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 60 per week
