Real Home Solutions LLC is looking for experienced roofers to join our growing team in the Treasure Valley.

Experienced Roofers Only – No Entry Level Positions Available

We are seeking dependable, hard-working roofers who take pride in quality workmanship and want to grow with a company that is expanding rapidly.

Requirements

• Roofing experience required
• Experience installing asphalt shingles preferred
• Metal roofing experience is a plus
• Ability to safely work on steep roofs
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Roof tear-off and preparation
• Installation of underlayments, flashings, and roofing systems
• Install asphalt shingles and metal roofing systems
• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company quality requirements
