What you’ll do

• Take lead in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using various materials.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
• Perform heavy lifting and physical labor on construction sites, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members on concrete forming, masonry, and frame carpentry tasks.
• Support general maintenance person tasks as needed to ensure project completion.

Basic qualifications

• Experience working roofs, lead positions ideal.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to construction tasks.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with construction estimating processes.
• Knowledge of plumbing, welding, fabrication, and other construction-related skills.
• Previous experience in carpentry or masonry is a plus.
