A well-established real estate company in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking experienced and motivated Sales Agents to join our growing team.

We are looking for confident, target-driven professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate. The company provides fresh daily leads to support your performance and help you achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with fresh daily leads provided by the company.
• Present available properties to potential clients.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate terms and close deals professionally.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Previous real estate experience within the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Professional appearance and excellent client service skills.
