Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to generate leads, convert them into clients, and drive revenue. This role is remote and requires honesty, reliability, and proven sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage your own leads.
• Convert leads into paying clients using marketing and IT knowledge.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records and work with internal teams for onboarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years in digital marketing/IT sales.
• Knowledge of SEO, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Social Media Marketing.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work night shift (6 PM – 3 AM PKT).
• Honest, responsible, and results-driven.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000
• Commission: 3% on every closed deal
• Performance-based incentives
