Duties

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
• Negotiate terms and pricing effectively to close sales while maintaining client satisfaction
• Run pre-scheduled in-home sales appointments with homeowners
• Present remodeling solutions including kitchens, bathrooms, windows and roofs
• Present samples, takes measurements, and create a 2d design
• Prepare proposals and discuss pricing and financing options
• Close sales and ensure a great customer experience
• Maintain professionalism and follow-up with customers as needed

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate, Finance industry
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
• Familiarity with marketing techniques relevant to property sales and client acquisition
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging clients and collaborating with team members
• Demonstrated organizational skills with experience managing administrative tasks related to real estate and finance transactions

Pay: $95,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
