EXPERIENCED Saw Operator

Join Our Growing Welding & Fabrication Team

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Saw Operator to join our welding and fabrication company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately cutting metal materials according to specifications while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate band saws, cold saws, and other cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, mark, and cut metal materials to precise dimensions.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and cut lists.
• Inspect materials and finished cuts for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Organize and stage materials for welding and fabrication teams.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating metal-cutting saws REQUIRED.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience reading blueprints and fabrication drawings is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
