e are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable professional with a strong background in construction sites, maintenance projects, and facility management, specifically in handling scrap and surplus materials. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of UAE scrap market rates and experience in identifying, evaluating, and disposing of surplus materials to achieve maximum market value. This is a remote, part-time position where the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the valuation, negotiation, and disposal process of scrap materials generated from various construction and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities: Identify scrap and surplus materials generated from construction, demolition, maintenance, and facility projects Evaluate market value of materials such as copper, aluminum, steel, brass, electrical panels, motors, and related items Obtain quotations from scrap buyers, traders, and recycling companies Negotiate pricing to maximize revenue and recovery value Coordinate scrap collection, loading, and disposal activities with relevant stakeholders Continuously monitor UAE scrap market rates and provide pricing recommendations Maintain accurate records of quotations, sales, and material disposal transactions Develop and maintain strong relationships with scrap buyers, recyclers, and trading networks Requirements: Proven experience in construction, procurement, facilities management, warehouse operations, or scrap trading Strong knowledge of UAE scrap market rates and buyer networks Experience in obtaining, comparing, and analyzing quotations Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Existing network of scrap buyers or recyclers is an added advantage.
