Work in a fun team-oriented, fast-paced restaurant environment to deliver the best food in the world to our guests in the safest environment.

As a Server you can earn over $50,000 per year or more, and work in a fun team-oriented, fast-paced restaurant to deliver the best dining experience to our guests. Shorty Small's has a focus on HOSPITALITY and friendly service and PERKS for our employees!

Expectations-

• Welcomes the guests to our full-service restaurant in a friendly and courteous manner
• Servers explains any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• Staff follows service steps to include product promoting, placing order, delivery of food and beverages, clearing of tables, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Servers assist with all duties necessary to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
• Check dining room station before, during, and after shifts for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Works with the kitchen crew, confirming excellence and delivers food to the guest
• Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Servers must abide by all state & federal regulations, and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
• Food Service Staff will process customer payment, maintaining commitment to accuracy and promptness
• Always exhibit teamwork and strong work ethic with restaurant staff
• Assists the Restaurant Team to deliver GOOD FOOD, BIG FUN with every guest, every shift!

We are seeking experienced skilled and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Previous experience as a server is preferred, particularly in a fast-paced high volume dining establishments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Familiarity with upselling techniques and sales strategies in the hospitality industry.
• Experience with bussing or guest services is a plus, enhancing overall team efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
