Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive atmosphere
• Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas in compliance with sanitation regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to serving guests
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
• Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols
• Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
• Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is advantageous
