You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, including Toast POS when applicable.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met.
• Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Handle guest relations effectively by addressing concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth service flow.
• Adhere to food handling safety regulations and sanitation practices at all times.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience with POS systems; familiarity with Toast POS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation standards within the food industry.
