The Role
We are looking for experienced, confident servers to join our team at Butchers & Bakers.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant where strong servers can earn excellent money—but it is not an entry-level role. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable managing a full section, maintaining composure under pressure, and delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Provide polished, attentive service from greeting through final check
- Manage a full section while maintaining a strong pace, timing, and organization
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence and strong product knowledge
- Upsell thoughtfully to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain awareness of the entire dining room, not just your section
- Support teammates and contribute to a high-performing service team
- Maintain a clean, organized section and complete all side work consistently
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- Proven ability to handle volume and stay organized during busy service
- Strong guest presence—professional, confident, and personable
- Team-first mentality with a willingness to step in and support others
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and maintain standards
