Experienced Server – Upscale Mexican Cantina

El Don Cocina & Cantina is hiring experienced Servers (3+ years required) to deliver exceptional service in our vibrant, high-volume dining room.

Part-Time Availability Required:
Applicants must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday dinner service.

We’re a modern Mexican cantina known for bold flavors, elevated presentation, and a welcoming atmosphere. We take pride in offering attentive, knowledgeable, and polished service that complements our refined take on traditional Mexican cuisine.

We’re looking for servers who know how to create memorable guest experiences through efficiency, professionalism, and hospitality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of full-service restaurant server experience
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage, especially cocktails and Mexican cuisine
• Ability to handle multiple tables in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in guiding guests through the menu, taking orders accurately, and upselling when appropriate
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• POS and table management system experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to all guests with warmth and professionalism
• Memorize and communicate food, cocktail, and wine offerings clearly
• Accurately input orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the section and service areas
• Handle guest concerns with a solution-oriented attitude
• Work closely with team to support smooth service flow
