Experienced Server/Bartender

We are looking for dynamic, friendly, and multi-talented individuals to join our front-of-house team. Fong's is looking to add servers, bartenders, hosts, expo position and take out specialists to our restaurants. These are all fast-paced, hands-on roles that requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

As a Server:

• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, checking for accuracy and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with grace and escalate when necessary.

As a Bartender:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and servers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor guests’ alcohol consumption and follow proper service guidelines.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Provide recommendations and upsell signature cocktails or specials.

Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4.35 - $6.00 per hour
