Experienced Servers

Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and experienced Servers to join our dynamic food and beverage team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation, food handling, and food preparation protocols
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Server in fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport quickly
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Previous host/hostess or nightclub serving experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to perform basic math for cashiering and cash handling tasks confidently

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
