Experienced Shopify Developer (In-House Software Team)

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer to join our in-house software development team. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Shopify-based eCommerce websites. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of modern eCommerce trends and Shopify ecosystem tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores with high performance and functionality.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly designs using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and Shopify apps as needed.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend developers to enhance website performance and user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Shopify-related issues efficiently.
• Optimize stores for SEO, speed, and conversion rate improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest Shopify updates, apps, and development practices.
• Manage theme updates, code reviews, and testing before deployment.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience as a Shopify Developer in an agency or in-house environment.
• Strong command over Shopify Liquid, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX.
• Experience with Shopify Plus, headless Shopify, and API integrations is highly desirable.
• Understanding of Shopify Admin APIs, Storefront APIs, and custom app development.
• Familiarity with Git, RESTful APIs, and frontend frameworks (React/Vue) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced software team environment.
