Experienced Sign Shop / Grand Format Print Operator (5+ Years Required)

Job Summary
We are a well-established, 22-year-old printing company seeking a highly experienced Sign Shop / Grand Format Print Operator to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on sign shop experience who can confidently operate large-format equipment and handle projects from print to finishing.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years sign shop experience
• Strong working knowledge of EFI Vutek Grand Format Machines both running and maintaining.
• Experience operating Wide-format Epson printers
• Experience with Banner Welders and Automated Grommet Machines
• Experience with Flatbed and hybrid printing
• Proficient with Seal laminators

Experience printing and finishing:

• Grand format banners
• Stickers & decals
• Vehicle wraps
• Skilled in:
• Laminating
• Mounting
• Weeding
• Hemming banners
• Grommeting
• Rounding corners
• Punching grommets
• Ability to manage print files and maintain quality control standards

Preferred (Not Required but a Plus)

• Experience with sign removal and replacement
