Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to increase reach and conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Buffer to refine strategies and report on effectiveness.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Engage in relationship management by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations to inform strategy development.
- Assist in video editing and photography for promotional materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools within Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track performance metrics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to conduct keyword research for SEO optimization purposes.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and public relations strategies.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
