Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand identity.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to audience interactions promptly.
- Utilize social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights to refine campaigns and improve outreach efforts.
- Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search visibility and web traffic growth.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics platforms; prepare detailed reports highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate branding initiatives, manage reputation, and handle crisis communication as needed.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and conversions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in social media management.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple channels.
- Extensive knowledge of social media marketing strategies, content creation techniques, and community engagement practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content.
- Skilled in video editing tools to produce compelling multimedia assets for various platforms.
- Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics) for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts effectively.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research methods, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and free of errors.
