Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager, Content Creator, and Ad-Buyer to join our small hotel group. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms, engaging with our audience through compelling content, and driving targeted advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social media marketing, content development, and digital advertising, with a keen eye for branding and analytics to optimize performance. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content including photography, graphics, videos, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines.
- Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to audience interactions.
- Design graphics and visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure consistent branding.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility on search engines and social platforms.
- Plan, implement, and optimize Facebook Advertising campaigns and other paid social media initiatives using platform-specific ad managers.
- Analyze web analytics and social listening data via Google Analytics, Web analytics tools, and social media insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Engage in relationship management with followers, influencers, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and public relations efforts.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, video editing, photography, and branding to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or related roles within the hospitality or service industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, keyword research techniques.
- Skills in video editing and photography are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on customer engagement and public relations.
- Knowledge of branding principles along with experience in social listening and digital marketing trends is preferred.
