We're Hiring: Short-Form Video Editor

We're a AI and entrepreneurship content brand producing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. We're looking for a talented editor who lives and breathes short-form content and knows exactly what makes people stop scrolling.

What you'll be doing

Editing talking-head style videos into punchy, high-retention short-form reels. Adding captions, text overlays, and b-roll to match the energy of the script. Cutting to the beat and keeping pacing tight — every second has to earn its place. Staying on top of trending formats, transitions, and visual styles across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Delivering consistent output on a regular weekly schedule.

Requirements Checklist

Before applying, make sure you can tick every box:

- Portfolio or showreel of short-form content you've edited (non-negotiable)
- 1+ year editing Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts specifically
- Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of captions, text animations, and on-screen hooks
- Experience editing talking-head footage and making it visually engaging
- Able to deliver edits within 24 hours of receiving raw footage
- Reliable communication and able to hit deadlines consistently
- Self-starter — you follow trends without being told to

Nice to have

_ Experience in AI, tech, or entrepreneurship content
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Familiarity with content that performs well for founder or personal brands
