Experienced Solar Installer

In business since 2007, family-owned Corda Solar installs solar electric, battery energy storage systems (e.g. Tesla Powerwall, Enphase IQ, Franklin aPower), and thermal pool solar systems throughout the Diablo Valley.

Be part of the clean energy revolution in California and become a residential solar installer (and electrician trainee, if desired) for Corda Solar. Demand for solar electric systems has never been higher. Corda Solar needs reliable workers who love working outside, have great attention to detail, and want to learn and grow within the solar industry.

Requirements:

• Experience with solar installations is highly desirable (such as solar electric panels, pool heat panels, batteries, or inverters, etc.); if no experience in solar field, candidates must have experience with other construction trades (electrical, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, general construction, etc.)
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation to/from Danville
• Clean criminal record
• Ability to work outdoors, to lift heavy loads, and to work on ladders/rooftops
• Experience with electrical wiring a plus
• Status as electrician trainee or interest in continuing education as an electrician is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25 - $45/hour, depending on experience
