Experienced Spray Foam Applicator – Mobile Home Restoration

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Spray Foam Applicator to join Be Cool America, a fast-growing insulation and mobile home restoration company based in Lakeland, Florida. In this hands-on role, you will install high-performance spray foam insulation in mobile homes and residential structures across Central Florida, helping homeowners improve energy efficiency, moisture control, and storm resilience.

Key Duties

• Prepare job sites by cleaning, masking, and protecting surfaces
• Apply spray foam insulation safely and efficiently according to specifications and blueprints
• Mix and calibrate foam chemicals for proper performance and coverage
• Inspect completed work for uniform thickness, adhesion, and quality
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and job details
• Follow all safety protocols including proper PPE, chemical handling, and ventilation
• Protect homeowner property and perform thorough overspray cleanup
• Work closely with the crew lead and other trades to complete jobs on schedule

Requirements

• Prior spray foam insulation experience required (closed-cell or open-cell)
• Additional construction or labor experience (framing, roofing, drywall, etc.) preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and comfortable operating spray foam equipment
• Ability to read basic blueprints and job specifications
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Physically fit — must be able to work in hot, confined, or elevated spaces
• Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver’s license
• Clean background check and drug-free

Work Location: Central Florida (Lakeland / Polk County based, with travel up to ~1 hour)

Pay: $24.96 - $30.06 per hour
