Experienced Supervisor Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dedicated team and lead one of our prestigious restaurant branches. The Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and train F&B staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and maintain company standards.
• Develop and maintain menus in collaboration with the kitchen team, ensuring quality and variety.
• Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies and ensuring the proper management of stock levels.
• Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and special events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create promotional campaigns and special offers.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative practices to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in the F&B industry.
