About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Swimming Pool Membrane Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with pool membrane installation, waterproofing systems, heat-welded liners, and finishing work for residential and commercial pools.

Key Responsibilities

• Install swimming pool membranes (PVC/EPDM/TPO or similar systems) with high precision.
• Carry out surface preparation, heat welding, detailing, and joint finishing.
• Ensure all installations meet waterproofing and quality standards.
• Conduct repairs, inspections, and maintenance of existing membrane systems.
• Work alongside the pool construction and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at job sites.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in swimming pool membrane installation.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing techniques and membrane systems.
• Ability to read site drawings and follow installation instructions.
• Skilled in heat welding, cutting, and installation detailing.
• Ability to work independently and deliver premium-quality finishes.
• Willingness to travel across UAE for different project locations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with acrylic pool windows, walls, or GRP fabrication (added advantage).
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication.
