The Tax Fixer provides the systems, software, and banking products needed to maximize your earnings this tax season.

This is not a beginner role.
This is for preparers who already understand the work and want to scale their income and approvals. Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, business, and corporate tax returns accurately and efficiently using advanced tax software.
• Provide expert guidance on tax deductions, credits, and financial strategies to optimize client refunds.
• Assist clients in understanding their financial situations by explaining complex tax concepts clearly and professionally.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local tax laws to ensure compliance and maximize benefits for clients.
• Promote bank products and financial services that align with client needs, enhancing their overall financial health.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, tax filings, and correspondence for audit readiness.
• Support marketing efforts by engaging with prospective clients through virtual consultations and follow-up communications.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Tax Preparer with a strong background in public accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts including corporate accounting, analysis skills, and technical accounting principles.
• Excellent math skills and high typing accuracy (10 key typing) for efficient data entry.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Knowledge of financial sales techniques to promote bank products effectively.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
