Job Summary:

ProtoCall Outsource Pvt Ltd is seeking a reliable and professional Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing top-notch customer support to our clients by answering calls, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will be punctual, possess strong English-speaking skills, and have the ability to manage tasks such as taxi bookings, complaint resolution, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients’ customers receive the best service experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Call Handling: Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally, addressing their needs with a customer-first attitude.

Taxi Bookings: Assist customers with booking taxis, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded and communicated.

Complaint Management: Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure resolution.

Professional Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that customers understand the information provided.

Punctuality: Adhere strictly to your work schedule to maintain consistency in service delivery and meet client expectations.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, providing accurate information and escalating issues to higher management when necessary.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and the actions taken to resolve them.

Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure seamless service delivery and to share insights that could improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in Taxi Dispatch (Autocab and Icabbi Software), especially in a call center or outsourcing environment, is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong English-speaking and comprehension skills are essential, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Customer Focus: A customer-first mindset, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting is an advantage.

Time Management: Excellent punctuality and time management skills are crucial for this role.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and provide quick, effective solutions to customer problems.
