EXPERIENCED Team Leader/Driver

Job Overview

All Things Moving & Storage Solutions is seeking an Experienced Driver / Team Lead to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead large residential and commercial moves, manage a crew, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Duties

• Lead crews on local and long-distance moving jobs.
• Safely operate a 26-foot moving truck and other company vehicles.
• Supervise and direct movers throughout the job.
• Load, unload, pad, wrap, and protect customers' belongings.
• Communicate with the office and customers regarding job progress.
• Ensure paperwork and inventories are completed accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Train and mentor newer crew members.

Qualifications

• Professional moving industry experience required.
• Previous experience as a Driver and Team Lead required.
• Ability to lead large, high-value moves with confidence.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a 26-foot box truck.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Able to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation

Pay is based on experience and leadership ability. Top performers who can successfully lead large jobs will receive competitive compensation.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
