Experienced Tele caller for Digital marketing

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to play a key role in building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving conversions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services and generate leads.
• Answer inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information about company offerings.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales Team.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
• Assist in telemarketing campaigns and promotional activities.
